Lane closures around the Civic Center have made the ongoing wastewater treatment facility project more visible to the Malibu community, and now the city has offered a glimpse at what’s going on behind the scenes.
The city reports that progress is being made, and released photos from the first concrete pour that took place on Aug. 16.
