Our Lady of Malibu School is having a silent auction with a six-month-old standard poodle as the “prize”. The money raised will benefit the school. Bids can be made by telephone at 310.456.8071 or in-person at the school office, located at 3625 Winter Canyon Road. The puppy will be at the school this week on Wednesday from 1:40 p.m. to 2 p.m. and Thursday and Friday from 2:40 p.m. to 3 p.m.
The puppy is an American Kennel Club standard poodle. He will be 24 to 26 inches tall at the shoulder when he is full grown and 50 to 60 pounds. He is an apricot, which is considered a rare color for standard poodles. The puppy has been house-raised with children, as well as horses and cats.
