As a realtor, the importance of a property’s curb appeal is one of those stressed items of value. As this is true for individual properties, it is also true for communities and cities.
With the City of Malibu’s input, Caltrans, the California state entity responsible for maintaining Pacific Coast Hwy., has done a major clean up on the median from Webb Way past John Tyler Drive. The curb appeal of our main street has improved significantly. Weeds have been cut and trash has picked up.
Additional beautification measures might be possible, but for now, prior to the Fourth of July weekend, I would like to thank the involved entities for improving the curb appeal of Malibu on behalf of all residents and visitors.
