This letter is to thank LA County Fire Station 88 and its staff along with McCormick ambulance service.
On March 28, I was with my wife and a family member having dinner at Taverna Tony’s when I collapsed. Station 88 responded in less than five minutes. I would like to thank the patrons at the restaurant who came to my aid. Two ladies helped me along with a gentleman by the name of Dennis Stewart. I hope that is the correct spelling. My wife spoke to him as I was being taken by ambulance to St. John’s Hospital in Santa Monica.
Tony, the owner of the restaurant, was very helpful. I am very grateful for everyone who came to my aid.
