A memorial service took place on Saturday at Morning View Studios in Malibu for Ethan Willoughby, a 30-year-old audio and mix engineer who died Feb. 19 after his car was hit by and alleged drunk driver.
Willoughby worked with many famous musicians, including the Black Eyed Peas and Justin Timberlake. He was recently nominated for a Grammy for his engineering efforts on Timberlake’s album, “FutureSex/Love Sounds.”
Willoughby is survived by his wife, Stephanie Cooper-Willoughby; daughters, Ava and Mycheala; sister, Catherine, and parents, John and Barbara Willoughby.
