Seventh-graders at Malibu Middle School raised funds and collected food for the Ventura Country food shares program through their annual food drive. This year, students collected 13,200 pounds of food and raised $1,217.60 for the food bank. The money they collected enabled the food shares program to purchase more than $6,000 worth of food.
