The stretch of Pacific Coast Highway between Yerba Buena Road and Los Posas Road is scheduled to reopen Tuesday morning at 6 a.m., according to Caltrans. Caltrans spokeswoman Judy Gish stressed that they are “anticipating that the full closure will be lifted.” She added that “motorists should continue to expect delays,” because one northbound lane will remain closed. Caltrans has also scheduled to have flagging operations at the site.
