Calabasas restaurant Saddle Peak Lodge will host a benefit dinner for Station 67 of the Los Angeles Fire Department on Feb. 26.
“Every year our firefighting neighbors put their lives on the line for the residents and businesses of Malibu, Calabasas and the surrounding areas,” Iain Walling, general manager of Saddle Peak Lodge, said. “We felt it was time for Saddle Peak Lodge and the community to give something back to those who are so committed to protecting us.”
The benefit dinner includes an elegant four-course meal created by Chef de Cuisine Adam Horton, who was recently named among the Top 5 Rising Chefs in the nation by Gayot.
A maximum of forty seats are available for the benefit dinner.
