The West Basin Municipal Water District will offer free rain barrels to Malibu residents on Saturday, Dec. 12 in preparation for El Niño. Barrels will be available for pick up in Culver City.
Registration is required and barrels are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Call 310.371.4633 to register for the program.
