The Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder County Clerk will be mailing sample ballot booklets to registered voters through Oct. 13.
The sample ballots contain important information about the Nov. 3 election, including candidates and measures that will appear on the ballot, polling locations and an application to request to vote by mail.
The Nov. 3 ballot will include Measure W.
