Whole Foods to Host SMMEF Fundraiser

Whole Foods Market on 5th Street and Wilshire Boulevard in Santa Monica will donate a portion of its sales made on Tuesday, June 30 directly to the Santa Monica-Malibu Education Foundation (SMMEF.)

Five percent of profits from the day will be donated to the Foundation in support of the local school system.

“You can stock up on essentials while supporting essential staff and programs for the children in Santa Monica and Malibu public schools,” according to a release from SMMEF.

The market in Santa Monica has been referred to as the “go-to” store for residents, embracing the community atmosphere and truly bringing the “farm to the table.”

With an emphasis on health and customer’s experience with food, Whole Foods also supplies numerous holistic products for the entire family.

Whole Foods Market in Santa Monica proudly supports the SMMEF and encourages all customers to purchase groceries to support schools and students in the district.
