In celebration of the City of Malibu’s 25th anniversary of cityhood, the Monday, March 28, City Council meeting closed with the premiere of the commemorative video, “Malibu 25 Years Later.” The film features clips of Malibu scenery along with commentary from residents and past and present council members on what being part of the Malibu community means to them.
