Malibu High School’s varsity and junior varsity robotics teams recently traveled to Bakersfield, Calif., for the Vex Robotics Tournament. As its first competition, the JV team made it to the playoffs before elimination. The varsity team made it to the finals before elimination in a close match.
Louie Putterman, Ben Burton and Charles Beck were awarded for excellence in coding for their robot. The three will compete in next month’s state competition.
