
Calvary Christian School’s seventh- and eighth-grade boys volleyball team won the Delphic League Championships after beating rival St. Matthews in the finals. The Pacific Palisades school won after beating its opponent 25-22 and 25-21 in two games. The team finished the season with a league record of 6-0 and an overall record of 8-1. This is the third consecutive championship for the school.
The championship team is made up of volleyball players Will Hobin, Scotty Curran, Derek Vincent, Monty Minchin, Matt Outcalt, Zane Dille, Emmett Collins, Jack Brew, Matt Eichler, Vince DeSantis, Bailey Bland, Hunter VanDuzer, Charlie Moore, Alex Jacobs and Adam Lee.
