In a brief ceremony preceding the Ventura County Board of Supervisors recent meeting, three Pepperdine University students from Ventura County were honored. Students were applauded for their academic achievements and service as positive role models to youth. “The achievements of these students and others like them enrolled in colleges and universities should be recognized and encouraged,” Supervisor John Zaragoza said in a recent press release.
