Staff member JoAnn AuBuchon and two sophomore students, Miles Hajjar and Leia Blackford, from MUSE School were invited to celebrate the 500th anniversary of the founding of Panama City, Panama.
Earlier this month, the trio went on a “transcontinental expedition”—which involved mountain biking, hiking, canoeing and rafting, according to information shared by the school. Geodiversity, a program with the nonprofit organization Earth Train Foundation, invited a handful of people dedicated to sustainability to participate.
