The following are results from the Malibu City Clerk’s office. 158 vote by mail ballots and 131 provisional ballots that were submitted at the precincts still need to be counted Wednesday, but those ballots will not affect the final outcome. Official results will be posted online Wednesday as soon as they are announced at www.malibutimes.com.
