International students from the Heart of America Travel Program recently got to experience a unique visit to Point Dume for the program’s fifth annual Wishes in a Bottle Ceremony.
This year’s ceremony took place at sunset on one of Point Dume’s private beaches and featured an inspirational speech by Malibu resident and CEO of Puppy Entertainment, Craigar Grosvenor.
Heart of America Cultural and Patriotic Travel Programs is an organization founded by L.A. resident Manny Dume. Over the past 10 years, Dume has taken nearly 2,000 students from over 20 countries on a coast-to-coast road trip known as “Dume Drive.”
The visit to Malibu has been an annual tradition since Dume first discovered Point Dume State Beach on a drive up the coast in 2006.
