Devorah Ilene Rader and Mark Christopher Palmer will wed Aug. 11 in the garden of Debra and William Rader’s Ramirez Canyon residence in Malibu. Rader grew up in Malibu, Pacific Palisades and Mammoth Lakes; Palmer also grew up in Pacific Palisades and Mammoth Lakes. Rader works as a psychotherapist, while Palmer does catering for the entertainment industry.
