Malibu’s Senior Center is planning a health and wellness expo on Thurs., Oct. 23., where residents can gather tips on stocking healthy medicine cabinets, keeping bones healthy and assessing hearing problems.
Doctors, chiropractors, senior care providers and other health professionals will also be on hand at informational booths set up in Malibu City Hall’s Multipurpose Room.
The expo runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and interested attendees should RSVP by calling 310.456.2489 ext. 357. The first 50 to RSVP will receive a free lunch.
