Letter: Think About It

Letter to the Editor

In response to a recent Letter to the Editor suggesting that in defiance of federal law, Malibu should become a sanctuary city. Really? Why don’t a few of these proponents allow some of these illegal aliens, specifically the illegal “criminals,” to camp out in their yards? Or better yet, allow them into their homes and provide them with a room, clothing, transportation, showers, run of the house, the use of their nice expensive big screen TV and even invite them to the dinner table? Then, we’ll see if they still think that violating federal law is worth it.

If the far left is consistent on one thing, it’s coming up with hair-brained ideas and lame proposals to arguments, which require people other than themselves to try and solve, and implement. “Just not in my backyard” is their most popular narrative. “We’ve opened our hearts, now let everyone else do all the dirty work.”

And when one of these multiple-deported murderers commits an assault on a resident or a child right here in Malibu, blood will be on their hands while the story, as you can well imagine, would be international news — “Malibu, Calif. Imports Poverty And Crime, Joins List Of Third World Cities.”

Hold on to your property values, my friends.
