Many of us are very appreciative that Joan House and Ed Niles brought us the facts about Measure S. They obviously did a great deal of research about a measure that, at best, is hard to understand. Does it really benefit Malibu?
It appears that Measure S is perceived as our last chance to buy land in the Civic Center. Measure M failed because the voters were confused. This new choice must be studied and questioned in depth before the election.
