Malibu High School’s Women’s Chamber Singers performed a collaborative concert with the Pepperdine Treble Chamber Choir and the Oaks Christian High School Advanced Women’s Chorus on Oct. 22. The performance took place at the Stauffer Chapel at Pepperdine University.
Amy Loch, director of the MHS Women’s Chamber Singers, picked a sophisticated repertoire, including a Hungarian folk song, a traditional Jewish song and a traditional Mexican song. The three choirs performed together for a spectacular finale in front of a full auditorium that gave a generous round of applause.
