Barron’s magazine has named Brian Holmes, president and CEO of Signature Estate and Investment Advisors LLC, as one of “America’s Top 100 Independent Financial Advisors” for the second consecutive year. Holmes is one of seven advisors in Southern California who made the annual list.
The list was prepared by financial industry consultant R.J. Shook. Scores are based on each advisor’s assets under management, his or her contribution to the firm’s revenues and profits and indications of service quality. The prestigious list made its inaugural debut last year.
Holmes is one of four founding partners of SEIA, a boutique wealth management firm that has more than $1.4 billion under management.
The longtime Malibu resident and UCLA graduate has served in the securities and insurance business since 1984 and he is a certified financial planner.
Holmes holds a master’s degree in financial services.
Holmes has addressed hundreds of financial seminars, appeared on several television and radio programs and has been quoted in national financial publications concerning estate and investment planning. He has maintained a successful independent private practice with the same broker dealer for nearly 25 years.
