The rare dragon arum (dacunculus vulgaris), or voodoo lily, has been growing unexpectedly at the SUA Calabasas’ John and Juliana Gensley Native Garden. The foul smelling flower, which was not planted by SUA staff, recently bloomed, attracting flies.
