Author Ben Marcus will hold book signings this weekend at Zuma Jay’s surfshop and Bank of Books at Point Dume Village for his latest work, “365 Surfboards: The Coolest, Raddest, Most Innovative Boards From Around the World.” The book includes surfers and boards from many countries, but focuses on Malibu collections. Two local collectors, John Mazza (left) and Griff Snyder, are featured prominently in the book.
Marcus will do a slideshow of boards at Zuma Jay’s on Saturday starting at 5 p.m. On Sunday, he will sign books from 2-3 p.m. at Bank of Books.
“It’s gonna be funny,” Marcus said. “People are gonna like it.”
