Caltrans announced today that it will close part of Topanga Canyon Boulevard for several hours Monday for the Memorial Day Parade and Fair. The affected section will be from between Old Topanga Canyon Road and Mulholland Drive from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Caltrans advises motorists to “Slow for the ‘Cone Zone.'”
