Coastal Flood/High Surf Warning

The National Weather Service has issued a coastal flood warning that will last until 11 a.m. Friday.

Above normal surf with breakers of 4 feet to six feet will affect west facing beaches of Los Angeles County, including Malibu, through early Saturday morning.

There will be local sets as high as 7 feet on exposed west facing beaches. The high breakers will result in a high risk of rip currents.
