Rabbi Benjamin Herson places a handful of mulch over newly planted rose bush at Civic Center Monday, watched by Lucile Keller, Mona Loo and Corinne Stefanko. Bushes were planted for Kosovo and Littleton, as well as in memory of the late Malibu actress Reno Franz.
