A group of Malibu High School students will put on performances of “Red Velvet Cake War” this Thursday and Friday. The play is directed by MHS theatre director Jodi Plaia and produced by The Theatre Lab.
“Red Velvet Cake War” is a comedy centering on a group of cousins who pick an inopportune time to throw a family reunion and whose antics become the talk of the town.
Performances take place July 11 and July 12 at the Malibu High School theatre, at 8 p.m. Tickets cost $15 and are sold only at the door.
