Fourteen year-old Malibu High School student Juliana Ball won the Nation’s Cup for Children at the Haras El Capricho competition in Argentina.
Jumping a 1.25-meter course on her horse, Hojaina de Bufour, Juliana was the fastest competitor with the only clean round. In the 1.20-meter competition, she placed second on Hojaina and third on Terra Malevo.
Ball was the only American rider, aside from the U.S. National Team, which also won the International Cup against Argentina, Brazil and Chile.
