It was budget ax night … last night at Malibu’s City Hall. Ambitious plans to remove almost every old building at Malibu high school Antoine Cabrillo elementary school have been unveiled by the Santa Monica Malibu school District.  Community members were given the first look at four concepts last night.  Actor Michael Madsen has been charged with misdemeanor drunken driving.

It would be his second D U I … he crashed his SUV into a pole last month in Malibu … and he had another arrest several years back.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office filed two charges on Tuesday against the 61-year-old actor,

He is charged with one count each of misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol within 10 years of another DUI offense and driving with a .08% blood alcohol content within 10 years of another DUI offense.
