Malibu resident Erin Rice and her dog Finn took part in a special Valentine’s Day visit at Mattel Children’s Hospital UCLA last week. UCLA’s People-Animal Connection launched almost 20 years ago by a UCLA Cardiac Care nurse. Volunteer dogs pay patients more than 900 visits per month through the program.
