It seems as though it’s gotten to where if you light a match in Malibu, Charter Cable blacks out and leaves us in the dark, especially in an emergency. Thank goodness for good old-fashioned AM radio. Is Charter going to reimburse its subscribers for the times it’s down? Are they going to fix their facilities so this doesn’t happen again in a time of crisis?
