The Malibu Optimist Club teamed up with the Artifact Tree Thrift Shop recently to earn funds for local student scholarships and youth projects in the community. Optimists Bill Armstrong, Allen Armstrong, Polly Miller and Artifact Tree director Martha Templeton participated in a fundraiser for student scholarships last week.
