Equipment delivery delays of six weeks have set us back, but everything is on the way or here this week. We think 97.5 KBU will be on the air in western Malibu by the end of February.
We’ll have the web stream up when we sign on, too. But the eastern Malibu transmitter is hung up at the FCC. If we get it — a big if — that will be later in the year.
I know a lot of people are counting on us. We are going to start teaching Malibu people the free software to build a lineup and track their own shows, using laptops or desktop computers, soon. As they say in the radio biz: please stand by.
