More than 130 people came out Nov. 15 for the 25th annual Malibu High School Luncheon and Tennis Classic, which raised money for the school’s PTSA.
The festivities began at Pepperdine University with a tennis tournament made possible by Pepperdine Crest Associates. Following these friendly, but highly competitive, rounds of play, the guests were shuttled to a luncheon at Stone Manor. Aime and Lance Lindsay donated the Manor and helped coordinate the event. The guests enjoyed the dining of Truly Yours Catering amid the garden setting.
Former tennis pro and current World Poker Tour host Vince Van Patten emceed the live auction. His lively and dynamic hosting led the guests into a bidding frenzy along with lots of laughs. The guests also enjoyed a fashion show coordinated by Jamie’s Boutique in the Point Dume Shopping Center along with Malibu High parent and committee member Pam Van Ierland.
Committee Chair Fiona Corrigan said she was pleased that this was a record-breaking year.
