In keeping with its tradition as the leading source of local information since 1946, The Malibu Times introduces Malibu News Flash to provide residents and those worldwide interested in Malibu area issues with up-to-the-minute information on news, traffic, and weather and fire alerts.
With this free service, those who provide The Malibu Times with their e-mail addresses are alerted every time the newspaper’s Web site, www.malibutimes.com, is updated with information. This is especially useful in times of emergency, such as fire and flood threats. Also, subscribers can be informed on all traffic delays, construction projects and city government news.
To become a subscriber, send your e-mail address to jf@malibutimes.com. You do not have to provide your name and all addresses are confidential. Also, your address will not be sent to any advertisers or solicitors.
The Malibu Times’ Web site provides all the information that can be found in the print edition, including news, calendar listings and letters to the editor. Since 1998, it has also been a source for information that comes out after the print edition hits the streets. With Malibu News Flash, subscribers can become even more informed on all things Malibu.
