Film and television star David Spade recently sold his elaborate Malibu beach house for $10.3 million, according to Zillow.
The 3,700-square-foot beachfront home, located on La Costa, boasts two floors, four fireplaces, four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a spiral staircase and a pool. Spade had reportedly been trying to sell the property for several years. He purchased the home for $9.3 million in 2005.
In 2008, according to Zillow, Spade put the seaside escape on the market for $16 million but found no takers until this past June.Â
Spade, whose resume includes “Grown Ups” and “The Emperor’s New Groove,” got his start on television on “Saturday Night Live” and also starred in the sitcom “Just Shoot Me.”Â
