Arson Watch members and their family and friends gathered on Saturday outside the Topanga Community Center to plant a holy oak tree in memory of Arson Watch head Allen Emerson.
He died August 22 at age 81. Tony Morris read a letter from Emerson’s son, Geoffrey, who lives in Sidney, Australia.
