My wife and I live in Las Vegas and have been vacationing in Malibu since 1979. We met Jefferson “Zuma Jay” Wagner in 1995 when we bought my first surfboard. We always try and stop in and see him when there. We have had many discussions about the world we live in and society in general.
Jefferson has always demonstrated the utmost ethical, moral and logical views and is a pleasure to talk to. I would just like to say that the City of Malibu is lucky to have such a dedicated individual who’s so willing to serve his community — which I know he loves so dearly.
