Malibu Vet Clinic owner and veterinarian Dr. Lupo and founder/CEO of Topanga Animal Rescue Susan Clark volunteer their time chipping animals as well as administrating flea and rabies shots and handing out food, blankets and more to pets at the Homeless Connect Day on Wednesday.
