Jesse Nikora, a sixth grader at Malibu Middle School, earned gold and silver medals at a fencing tournament in Granada Hills last weekend. He received the silver medal in the “Open Sabre” (open to all ages) competition and a gold medal in the “13 and Under Foil” competition.
