It hasn’t been easy for Leonardo Dicaprio to get someone to shack up in his Malibu Colony home, and now the A-list actor has lowered the asking price by more than $4 million on his seaside getaway, Forbes reported.
In Nov. 2012, Dicaprio listed the home for sale for $23 million. Nearly one year later, the asking price is now $18.9 million. Unlike last summer, the home was successfully rented out this summer for $75,000, according to an online listing, and not available for viewing until the current tenant is gone after Labor Day.
The “Titanic” superstar originally bought the house for $6 million in 2002, according to Forbes.Â
The Colony beach house, built in 1927, is made up of three units totaling seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, spanning 2,633 square feet. A gym, two kitchens, high ceilings and expansive views are some of the featured amenities.
