The California Department of Transportation announced the closure of one north and southbound lane on Pacific Coast Highway between Heathercliff Road and Mulholland Highway between 5 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 16. Caltrans said the closure is required for The Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles Triathlon. Caltrans has issued an encroachment permit for this special event.
