Jimy Tallal’s article was correct. Water in the lagoon is stagnant and foaming, and there is no tidal flow in or out of the ocean. One can only imagine how polluted the water is.
Yes, the Snowy Plovers and the Least Terns were there in the winter, and that was really pleasant to see. Someone needs to come in and study the oxygen levels as it relates to the fish, especially if they are trapped in there.
