The Malibu Optimist Club held a luncheon on Oct. 1 in honor of its new Board of Directors for the upcoming year. It also honored Avesta Carrara with the “Optimist of the Year” Award. Optimist Pacific Southwest Governor Dana LaMon appointed the new members at the luncheon.
