Locals Raffi and Ani Dermenjian welcomed a son, Alexander, July 25 at 12:14 p.m. He weighed 11 pounds.
The couple has been married for 21 years and also have a son, Christopher, who is 18 months old. Ani is a local Realtor and has served as the president of the Malibu Chamber of Commerce. Raffi, an online business owner, has chaired the Malibu Veterans Day Public Ceremony with Ani for the past 11 years.
