Three Malibu High School students were named the winners of the Malibu Optimist Club’s annual essay competition, themed “How can I help my friends realize their value?” The three finalists were Hayley Haag in first place, Erik Rosenberg in second place and Emma Dangaard, third place. The winners each received a medal and gift cards.
