About 150 bicyclists took part in a memorial ride organized by the Velo Club LaGrange bicycle club of Westwood Saturday for Scott Bleifer, one of two cyclists killed last month on Pacific Coast Highway. Sheriff’s deputies used a patrol car loudspeaker to make sure participants knew it was illegal to ride other than in a single file, participants said.
